Good enough quote, but I really think after recent revelations you should just not quote Lance Armstrong at all. There area plenty of other great motivational quotes from others that you can use.
Excuses-----Quit------Cheat Really do not believe all the news media reports about Lance Armstrong He really has done a lot for the sport of bicycle racing One day at a time

This is a great quote and i'm really motivated by Sparkpeople.
Apparently, Tour de France victories are also temporary. But seriously, in case it isn't obvious, people, especially when new to working out, should learn the difference between pain and discomfort/pushing your stamina--there's a difference between "this hurts!" and "I'm really really tired and can't do one more pushup without my elbows breaking" or "there's a screaming pain shooting up my shins with every additional step I run" and "my lungs will pop if I take another step!" Some pain should not be ignored and pushed through! I know a lot of people who start workout programs and push through pain because they think it's supposed to hurt in a bad way, then end up sidelining themselves for months while recuperating through injuries.

I think this is a poor choice of quote for two reasons:
1. Lance Armstrong is hardly a good role model. 2. SparkPeople is always advising us not to exefcise to the point of pain.
Chronic pain can make it difficult to get a good night's sleep but restful sleep helps with pain management. Here's how to break the vicious cycle of pain and sleep.
