Many people concentrate on their failures? Do you? For the remainder of this week try to make a conscious effort to look at your failures as learning opportunities. Ask yourself why it happened and how you can stop it from happening again. Really try to learn something each time. You might find that it is easier to spend your time trying to learn and get better, than to spend your time worrying about how many times you've failed or how bad you performed at something. Think about it and give this exercise a try.
