Many times you might feel like you are working alone in life, that no one understands what you’re going through, or that you can do it by yourself. Think again. We are all part of something bigger and knowing this can help you achieve your goals. If you realize that you affect more people than you will ever know by your daily actions, you might begin to watch what you say and do more closely. Do you consider yourself a role model or a hero? If you don’t, ask yourself why. Over the weekend, try to think about this bigger picture. For example, if you go to the grocery think about how many people it takes to make the grocery a reality and how lucky you are to have this opportunity. Extend this thought and help someone reach something on a high shelf or unload his or her cart. There are small things that you can do everyday to enjoy being a part of something bigger than yourself.
