These are not special cases; these are requirements. Sometimes it’s hard to understand what it’s really like to be a leader until you are on, so be prepared for a ton of work. But being a leader also has its benefits. You can make a difference, not only with the project you are working on but also with the rest of your team. You can help them, on the project and in life. And no matter what happens, it comes down to how you handle everything. This thought can be intimidating, but think about the feeling you will get after a job well done. So remember if want to become a leader, there is high risk but also high reward.
