Motivational Quote - Learn to be calm and you will always be happy

SparkPeople's Comments

Has anyone ever told you to calm down or take a deep breath? Most of us hear this on a day-to-day basis. As our lives become busier, we become more stressed. Happiness cannot come from a stressed and overworked body. So, the next time someone tells you to calm down or take a deep breath, listen to them. You might need it. Take a minute and get some fresh oxegyn to your brain, calm down, and think about why you are feeling and reacting like you are. Try to eliminate stress before it consumes you!
