Our Nutrition Tracker goes by many names (Calorie Counter, Food Tracker, Calorie Calculator). Here you can enter your own nutrition information from food labels, input recipe ingredients to calculate calories, search our food database for nutrition information, and track your water intake. Go to Nutrition Tracker!
To find it in the future: Sign in to your SparkPeople account. Click on the orange Nutrition tab near the top of your MyHome page to get to your tracker. If you need help once you get there, click the button that says "How do I use this page?" for an animated tutorial.
To record your weight and other body measurements, you can use the Weigh-In page. Go to Weigh In!
To find it in the Future: Sign in to your SparkPeople account. On the left side of your MyHome page, click on the icon labeled "Weigh In".
Recipes & Recipe Calculator
SparkPeople has a wide variety of healthy recipes, from meat to vegan, soups to salads, and dressings to desserts. Use our recipes or calculate the nutrition information for your own. Go to Recipes & Calculator!
To find it in the Future: From any page on SparkPeople, click the orange "Resource Center" tab at the top of the page. There, you can click on "Recipes" on the blue bar at the top of the page.
