How do I copy foods to another day? 1. Tap the “Log” icon on the bottom left side of the screen. 2. Tap the “Copy Foods” button, which is below the meal category (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, etc.) that you want to copy. Note: The “Copy Foods” button will not show if there are no foods tracked in that meal category. 3. Tap the forward or backward arrow to select the day you want to copy that meal to (it will default to tomorrow). 4. Tap “Copy.” How do I create a food grouping? 1. Tap the “Log” icon on the bottom left side of the screen. 2. Tap the “Create Group” button, which is below the meal category (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, etc.) that you want to use to create a food grouping. Note: The “Create Group” button will not show if there are no foods tracked in that meal category. 3. Enter the Food Grouping name. 4. Tap “Save food grouping.” 5. Your Food Grouping will now be saved and can be found in the Groups tab on the “Search Food” screen. How do I manually enter a food? 1. Tap the SparkPeople logo on the bottom center of the screen. 2. Tap the Food icon on the left side of the screen. 3. Tap to the right of the magnifying glass (near the top of the screen) and enter the item you would like to add to your tracker and tap the magnifying glass icon in the bottom right of the screen to do a search. 4. The search results will now show on your screen and you can scroll down the list to find your item. 5. If the item you are looking for does not show in the list or no results are found, tap the button at the bottom of the search results list to “Add food not listed.” 6. Enter the Name of your item, serving size, serving unit, and other nutrition facts. 7. Tap the “Save New Food” button at the bottom of the screen OR tap the check mark in the upper right of the screen. 8. Your food item will now be listed in your Favorites tab on the Nutrition Tracker screen. Note: If you are using the food scanning feature and nothing comes up in the search results when you scan the food item, you should also see the same “Add food not listed” button mentioned above, to manually enter a food. How do I delete a food I have tracked? To delete a food that you have tracked (using the Android App): 1. Tap the “Log” icon on the bottom left side of the screen. 2. Tap the food that you want to delete. 3. Tap the trash can icon in the upper right of the screen. 4. Tap “Yes” to confirm that you do want to delete that food. To delete a food that you have tracked (using the iPhone App): 1. Tap the “Log” icon on the bottom left side of the screen. 2. Swipe from right to left on the food item you want to delete. 3. A red delete button to remove that food will be revealed. 4. Tap “Delete.” How do I turn on/off the meal plans? To turn on the meal plans: 1. Tap the “MySpark” icon on the bottom right side of the screen. 2. Tap the “Settings” tab near the top of the screen. 3. Tap “Meal Plans.” 4. Next to the Show Meal Plans option, slide the button to the right to say “On.” To turn off the meal plans: 1. Tap the “MySpark” icon on the bottom right side of the screen. 2.
