Besides weight loss, what other improvements have you noticed?
I have noticed my moods are better and I have SO much more energy! And I am just an all around happier person! I have more confidence and I enjoy going shopping for new clothes. I used to dread shopping.
Is there anything else you'd like to share with other walkers?
The best advice I have is just to keep going even if you slip up or you feel like giving up. Keep your eyes on your goal—you will be there before you know it, and it's an amazing feeling once you reach it!
Your success story was featured in Woman's World magazine. What was that like?
Fun! I was flown to New York for the photo shoot, and it was my first time there. Seeing my face on the cover of a magazine a few months later was pretty cool. But I'm very humbled by the whole experience. I'm glad that my story is helping to motivate others to walk and reach their goals, too.
