Slimey, Grimey, and Yummy


Creepy Crawly Ice Ring
1 cup gummy worms
1 quart lemonade
Arrange gummy worms in bottom of a 5-cup ring mold. Fill with lemonade. Freeze until solid. Remove ice ring from its mold and float in a punch bowl.
Edible Play Dough (Doggie Poop)
1/4 cup non-fat dry milk powder
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a spoon until smooth and stiff. If not stiff enough, add 2 teaspoons of the powdered milk. Let children roll into various shapes (doggie poop) and sizes. Can also be rolled thin and cut with Halloween cookie cutters. After done playing, it can be eaten as a snack. Makes enough play dough for 2-3 children.
Shake Pudding (Dracula's Blood)
1/2 cup cold low fat milk
3 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding
1 drop of red food coloring
Place all ingredients inside a plastic zip-lock sandwich bag. Zip bag shut. Let child shake bag to mix. Cut corner of plastic bag and let child suck out the pudding mixture. Makes 1 serving

Note: One small box of pudding will make 4 servings.
