Click on "Create a New Food Grouping." 6. Click on "Add Food to This Grouping." 7. Search for and add a food just as you normally would. Continue adding foods until you have added all foods for the meal you would like to group. 8. Click "Close" when all foods have been added, then click "Next." 9. Scroll down and click Edit My Program Preference, then select one of three options under the Post-Pregnancy plan: Bottle Feeding/Solid Food Feeding, Breastfeeding or Partial Breastfeeding. Click Save & Submit. You're done! Your new calorie and nutrient ranges will automatically update.
