SparkPeople's Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp

Swimsuit season is just around the corner. Are you beach ready?

SparkPeople can help! We created the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp Challenge to motivate and inspire you to reach tone up and drop pounds in time for summer. We call it “Bootcamp” not because it’s highly intense, but because it involves daily exercise and commitment so you can get real results. That may sound daunting, but each workout can be tailored to your own fitness level, and you also get to pick activities that you enjoy. Following our 4-week fitness program will help you look good and feel great in a matter of weeks, but also help you build momentum to make fitness a habit!

Here’s what the Bootcamp involves:
  • A 7-Day Workout Program. We’ve created daily workout videos that take less than 10 minutes to complete! Do just ONE video each day for four weeks to sculpt every major muscle group in minutes a day. You’ll need a resistance band to follow along, but keep in mind that many of the workouts can be modified (using dumbbells instead or no weights at all) if you don't have this equipment.
  • Five 30-minute cardio sessions each week. You pick the cardio and the intensity!
How and Why to Join:

I was just told about this from a friend off of the bride to be group. I have a question, I have been working out to the 7 day "swim suit boot camp" for a few weeks now. I just changed it to the " new you boot camp" I have 7 weeks and 4 days to get in shape for my wedding. Should I continue what I am doing or can I start this program? Report
I did the first day today . I am giving myself 8 weeks to lose 10 pounds . It was intense but I am very excited . I hope that I can stay motivated for the next 8 weeks Report
Well I have a vacation at the lake in 2 1/2 wks so I wish I had found this (or gotten motivated to get back on track losing weight) sooner! I'm going to start this Sunday and I'll be able to get 2 full weeks in doing this. I'll pick up the resistance band tomorrow so i'm ready! Looking forward to this and getting healthier! Report

Yes. We repeat the 7-day workout plan for 4 weeks, which means you do each workout just 4 times in a full month. Report
For week 2 are we repeating week 1? Report
