I would like to change my weight loss from 1# to 2# per week. How do I do that??? Report
Loving this site. Would like to ask if there's a way to record the time of day I have my meals in Nutrition Tracker. (looking for co-orelations eg late breakfast increases chances of eating poorly the rest of the day etc) I would also like to be able to put snacks in between meals if I have them then. If I put it in after dinner I can't tell, if I look back, WHEN that snack was eaten. Thanks to SPARKPEOPLE and fitbit as of this am I am 66 lb's lighter. Report
