SparkPeople Holiday Giveaway Week 5: Tune In to Fitness

By , SparkPeople Blogger
Welcome to week 5 of the SparkPeople Holiday Giveaway! Music makes exercise more pleasurable. For most of us, a long run, a Spinning class or a Pilates workout wouldn't be complete without a soundtrack.

That's why we're giving away three iPod Nanos! But, wait, there's more…

Back in the day, iPods came in black, white, and silver. Now, you can buy them in every color of the rainbow. So we selected three iPods in bright, motivating colors, and with the free engraving offered at the Apple website, we decided to personalize these iPods.

The three iPods are in bright, SparkPeople colors (the other colors are a surprise!), engraved with a note from us!

Still not convinced that music can affect your workout? Keep reading!

Click here to enter. The rules are the same as always. You have until January 4, 2010, at 9 a.m. EST to enter.
