I use my micowave at every opportunity to soften onions for saute and caramelising, tskes less time too. Greens also work better with hardly any water they keep their colour, more attractive to eat more enticing to eat too. Carrots butternut squash and sweet poatoes are never Runny cooked in the microwave too. Conserve the nutrients even more with a splash of oil over them Pat in maine. Report
