  • 17 Minute Barre Workout. I saved this one for last. Wasn't sure I could do it. But I did. 😄 Had a little trouble once we got down on the floor but I plan to do this more. Eventually, I'll get the floor exercises better. This is a great 17 minute work out. Hope I can save it on SPTV My Workouts. - 7/26/2017 3:32:08 PM
  • I LOVED this workout. I took a ballet exercise class FORTY years ago and loved it! Turns out I became pregnant at the very beginning of the class- boy was it hard to "tuck in your tummy" for the instructor after a time. The class was upstairs and I still recall having jello legs coming back down after class. - 7/25/2017 8:47:34 AM
  • FYI -I just looked it up in ballet info and the word is plie pronounced plee ay meaning bending at the knees. - 6/20/2017 5:23:47 PM
  • What does the word sounding like "clee-eh" mean. She uses this word alot in the workout video. - 6/20/2017 5:05:02 PM
  • What a great workout even with modifications for my bad knee! - 4/17/2017 10:04:48 PM
  • I know I'm not a ballerina but now I feel like one. Great workout. - 3/12/2017 6:28:33 AM
  • Boy, I thought we had completed a great session... and she said, "Fantastic warm-up!" - 1/20/2017 9:13:11 AM
  • I like this workout. Barre workouts are alot of fun. Yes it was extremely hard for me, but I'm a beginner and the challenge was definitely there. It will take me a long time to perfect this and to become bored with it. Thanks for a fun challenge. - 12/20/2016 7:02:32 PM
  • Wish we could still track these videoes on our fitness tracker automatically! I'm blind and the cues were not good. I wasn't sure what in and out meant and such! Think SP should update their 28 Day Home Workout challenge with videoes that can be tracked like from sparkpeple.tv! - 9/17/2016 7:30:17 PM
  • I can hear it, but I can't see it. Any suggestions? - 9/7/2016 12:19:02 PM
  • First of all there was no warm up. No warning as to the fitness level. I am not a novice, but I'm definitely not advanced either. This wasn't TOO bad (despite the lack of warm up?) But as it got faster and faster (understanding one can go at their own pace!) if you don't keep up - you lose out. If you don't do what they're doing ~*as* they're doing it. You lose out. I could not keep up. By the time it got to where they sit onto the floor, I gave up. Did I sweat and move? absolutely. Did I feel good at any point during this work out - Trying to think.. not really! I do like the instructor's energy and wish I could have kept up. I know with more practice things get easier, but this - definitely (Again) needs a warm up and also a fitness level warning of advanced on it. I will save it - to try again, but?? Wow, I don't think in my years of being on this site, I have ever had to stop a workout video before it ended.. sorry!! I enjoyed the instruction though? but definitely not the workout! - 9/7/2016 5:46:49 AM
  • Coach Nicole's exercise videos are probably the best on the Internet for people getting back to an exercise/diet routine, and definitely for people in their 60's... However, could you possibly limit the length of the beginning commercials - they are definitely too long. Thank you for this consideration. - 9/6/2016 3:36:19 PM
  • Pretty tough workout, especially for people who are just beginning or have a high BMI. I found it frustrating trying to figure out modifications. - 6/10/2016 1:40:23 PM
  • I liked this workout but thought it was pretty hard there were some parts I couldn't do very well if at all . I felt a bit sore directly afterwards I think its because I haven't used my dumbells in a while. - 5/31/2016 5:58:09 AM
