  • I find listening to music also helps me set small goals within a cardio workout. I tell myself that I can do one more song, or work harder for a portion of a song.     I had no idea doing cardio before stregnth traing burns more calories after the session is done. Can you tell me how this works physiologically speaking? These tips are great tips! I'm going to work with more intensity to upbeat music. I'm going to hook up my phone to SparkPeoples 90's upbeat music. These tips are easy to do.
