  • Thank you for this workout. Not only is exercise foreign to me (LOL), I also suffer from positional vertigo. So anything I can do that doesn't aggravate it, is good! Thanks again. - 6/14/2013 11:33:48 AM
  • Hi
I have been out of practice for some years now and starting a new program is difficult with a weight gain over 75 lbs. I needed something like this to get me back in shape before I start a new routine. Thanks for this low impact but power packed vid. - 6/7/2013 1:47:37 AM
  • I'm embarrassed for people to walk by and see me doing this workout. closing my door isn't an option right now since to do that twice a day anyway to pump (breast milk). maybe I can pump and do lunges or squats at the same time. - 6/5/2013 9:42:46 AM
  • Thank you for my 1st workout! My legs feel like rubber but I wont stop, this is just the beginning. - 5/21/2013 6:15:53 AM
  • Although I had to modify it some to accommodate my disability, I got a nice workout, and I'm feeling good. This was a nice way to not completely rest on my rest day. - 5/9/2013 6:05:25 PM

  • The only problem I had with this workout is my left shoulder. Otherwise I enjoyed it. I only did one rep of each but hopefully I will get up to more reps soon! Thanks - 4/5/2013 3:27:41 PM
  • thanks Nicole... I did the exercise from my locked wheelchair. I did all of them but not each rep, I actually did better than I thought I could. I will have to evaluate my pain levels from Arthur and Fibro tomarrow to see if I can do them every day. Edna - 4/4/2013 1:31:46 PM

  • These exercises are great. I just had a partial nephrectomy and these are basically the same exercises my physical therapist gave me problems was she would stop by for five mins to show me and leave right after she left I forgotten what she instructed me to do. Thanks for putting these on vids. I can now go back and do these over and over. - 3/13/2013 3:54:18 PM
