Libra: September 23 – October 23
Because Libras need balance, you start to feel edgy and anxious when one part of life is taking over. Instead of trying to diet and exercise perfectly, lower your expectations a bit. Having an extra dessert once in a while is okay as long as it doesn’t become a habit. You instinctively know how to look at a complex situation and simplify it—why not use this ability to help your friends navigate the food label jungle? They could use your help deciphering how much fat is too much. You like to have your own way, so make sure you use this trait when you go out for meals. Don’t be afraid to ask for broiled chicken without sauce—you’re paying for the meal, so have it the way you want!

Scorpio: October 24 – November 22
As a Scorpio, you tend to feel guilty about not being perfect. It pains you to realize your diet is not as good as it should be. Remember that you’re human and everyone makes diet mistakes sometimes. Take it one meal at a time and realize that one slip up doesn’t mean your whole diet is ruined. If you ate too much chocolate today, forgive yourself and move on. Take satisfaction in knowing that you are working hard to achieve you diet goals. Remember that self-love is the first step towards happiness and you deserve the best in life--even if you never lose those last five pounds.

Sagittarius: November 23 – December 21
If you’re a Sagittarius, you get real satisfaction by doing. So cook your own meals as often as possible. Combine that trait with your social side by trying a meal assembly kitchen, where you chop, blend and prep several recipes (along with other food lovers) for future use. An organized cooking class will make you feel claustrophobic however, so check out a new cookbook and learn how to make the meal of your dreams on your own. You’ll revel in a real sense of accomplishment when you taste the delectable recipe you prepared all by yourself. You love to broaden your horizons, so don’t limit yourself to eating the same meals every week. Herbs and spices are your friends, so visit an ethnic grocery store and stock up on some new ingredients for your culinary adventures.
