  • I am going to print them out to try. - 12/14/2013 9:07:43 AM
  • I noticed that only 2 out of 10 are vegetarian. The rest are heavy on chicken, beef and seafood - in that order. - 10/30/2013 12:12:09 PM
  • ok! - 3/25/2013 2:35:27 AM

  • It's a good idea to calculate the cost of a good meal. I tried this a week ago and found that it is healthier and less expensive that it would cost for my family to eat at a fast food without supersizing. - 11/27/2010 12:26:12 AM

I like the recipes. They really sound delicious.I would love to see more recipies and I want to try the ones that are in the cook book. - 10/17/2010 7:21:59 PM
  • I like the concept, and would love to see more cheap meal ideas along the same lines, but these aren't complete dinners. With many of the recipes providing less than 300 calories per serving (and several under 200), eaters would have to add to the meal, have more than one serving, or plan to eat again in a couple hours. All of these options would add to the cost of food for the meal (or day). How about some bean-based options, with sides included? - 3/23/2010 12:15:07 AM
These look fantastic and so simple! I'm learning to eat with my eyes, and more importantly...slo
wly. These will definitely be making my meal planning "to do" list. - 1/5/2010 12:51:39 PM

  • Sorry about the first three attempts. The Chicken recipes are great. My family is too set in their ways for the taco soup though - 8/10/2009 6:22:26 AM
