Hooray! Congratulations for completing Stage 2. Can you believe you’re now halfway through our 28-day program? You have made it this far, so I know you can keep the momentum going. This was such an important week because you learned many of the nutrition and fitness basics that will carry you through a lifetime of success in these areas. We have spent more than 15 years building these top areas as a source of education for you and our members. In addition to education on these topics, I hope our coaching on ways to implement this education (like the 10+ fitness minutes program) shows that we truly want everything you're learning to fit into your busy life in ways that can stick and become healthy habits. It’s tough to choose, but Stage 3 might be my favorite stage out of the four. This is where we will help you become your own best coach, which is the key to making this program become something you will stick with through thick and thin for the rest of your life. It’s also where it becomes obvious how much this program will help you build skills that will help your health and fitness, but will also transfer to reaching goals in all areas of life.
