Ask them to hold the butter. Many restaurants add butter and its extra calories.

I always get this with grilled shrimp and double green beans. eat half of the meal there, take the other half home

The website has a calculator that you can use to customize your meal, with or without butter, seasonings, dressings, etc.

When I calculated: Outback Steakhouse- Entrée - Outback Special® 6 oz no butter, w/ seasonings, 1 serving
it came up with only 230 calories.

With garlic mashed potatoes and fresh seasonal veggies, my meal will be only 651 calories.
I love their bread, but I think I'll be passing on it tonight.

Order this "dry- without seasonings & butter" - you will save additional calories. If not, the steak is seasoned with a ton of butter!

Sometimes, nothing beats a steak dinner! Pair this sirloin with steamed veggies and you have got a fairly healthy restaurant meal.
