This is favorite of mine although the sodium level is outrageously high. On the other hand, I only have fast-food once every 2-3 weeks so I don't worry about it. I'm also a fan of the club version of this sandwich as a special treat. I don't add any condiments. Both versions are great "as is".

I like to go to Chick-Fil-A and get their chargrilled chicken sandwich combo, but I substitute the fruit cup for the potatoes and have a Diet Dr. Pepper. Yummy, satisfying, and non-guilty pleasure.

940 mg. of sodium is very high for a small sandwich. Especially if you are on a low sodium eating plan and you need to keep your sodium intake under 1500 mg. per day.

This is one of the fast food choices that I will allow myself along with a fruit cup and an unsweetened tea. Love Chick-fil-A! =D

Their chicken is so flavorful, that you don't even need sauce or mayo. This is one of my favorite go tos when I need to eat on the run.

When will the fast food industry start reducing the sodium in their foods? Those of us who are restricting our sodium intake are basically out of luck with anything that includes meat or chicken.

This is one of my favorite sandwiches. It actually comes with lettuce and tomato. I ask to substitute the honey barbeque sauce for honey mustard dressing which is much lower in fat.

If I have to eat out this is usually what I will get with fruit cup and tea.
