If u dont eat the shell, then what does it bring the sodium down to. This is a great idea, i really love their taco salads.

Yep! If you eat it without the shell and the little crispies, it is really filling a great choice at the Bell.

AT 840 Calories how can this be a good choice.. that is almost a days worth of calories...

Sounds great with the veggies and such, but the sodium is very high. Sparkies should consider how much of their allotted sodium per day is in this salad.

If you do not eat the shell, you cut the calories down to 460 which makes it a filling choice.
