When stating something is "gluten-free," please note that those of us with Celiac disease are made very, very ill by anything that is cross-contaminated. I would not order ANYTHING from PF Changs. I've been CCd at Bonefish Grill and they are fully-coached on it. If it happens at restaurant who has been educated, happened at my mother's house (who has been educated, of course!), then think about how it's going to happen where people "just didn't use soy sauce."

Thousands of people are not gluten-free because it's cool.

I LOVE their Cantonese Shrimp. The full order is only 330 calories & is loaded with shrimp & pea pods. Rice calories are extra so I ask for only 1/2 the order, a sufficient amount, & this becomes a very lo-cal, wonderful meal.
