I had the Outback Chicken on the Barbie this weekend with a house salad with Tangy Tomato dressing and broccoli. A great meal! Hold the bread and enjoy!

One of my favorites from Outback! I love love LOVE how Outback uses fresh ingredients and find myself rarely going anywhere else. My tip is to opt for the "Joey Chicken" or the Kids Meal version of this dish. It is 5 ounces of fresh chicken seasoned and grilled on their new woodfire setup (grilled chicken on the barbie is 8 ounces, and the woodfire grill adds a lot of flavor with less of all of the bad stuff). I usually get green beans, without butter and a ceasar salad, plain (no cheese, no croutons, and no ceaser dressing) with tomatoes and balsalmic vinegar.

I always order this without seasoning or butter. If you don't specify, both the chicken and veggies will be covered in it!

I had this Monday night and I was suprised at the variety of veggies and how well the chicken tasted. Very often a "grilled chicken breast" is something that was defrosted and microwaved. this tasted very good
