I made all the snacks that I needed but didn’t have an appetite to eat any so I read the quote “it doesn’t get easier that I just get better”! So that is when I reached and got my celery sticks and peanut butter! It’s a start and I know that I will get better!

It's true. My exercise routine doesn't get easier even though I've been doing it for quite awhile, but the results are worth it.

This IS so true!! As we get more fit, the breathing gets easier and our muscles get stronger! When I added fitness (trust me it was extremely hard to get motivated) I went because my doctor kept insisting that I do something for at least 10 minutes a day. I began to feel embarrassed when every visit she would ask me if I started exercising and I'd say 'No'. So, finally in July of 2013 I learned how to use the fitness tracker on Spark and was excited to use it because I knew EXACTLY how far I was walking. But, I began with 10 minutes and it quickly turned to 15, then 20 and finally 30 minutes. This took a matter of 30 days straight (I vowed that I would walk EVERY single day for a month so that it would become a habit)! It worked! Now, I walk 7 miles a day in under 2 hours. I ABSOLUTELY love it! The BEST part, my health issues are under control and I've lost weight (something I had been failing miserably at since I became ill).
