I have always been a big water drinker even a child. Water is my choice of drinks. It's good for you and if you didn't know this, it keeps the wrinkles away. No kidding.

I try to drink 8 glasses of water everyday. Water is my choice of drinks. It's rare if I drink a soda. I like herbal tea between my water drinks and I found one called Chia tea which is very good.

Hey Grace, I've heard the same thing about colder water being better because the body uses more calories to bring it to room temp...Like you, I prefer room temp. So I drink it the way I like it...big smiles

rhia onw foos habit to get into and drink water at every chance . we never buy soda pop anymore . instead we buy cases of water to have when we are not home .

I have always loved water. My goal right now is to drink 94 oz a day to help me shed this weight and keep me hydrated. I have read that cold water raises your metabolism, but then I have also read where warm water is best. I know with cold water, it takes me longer to drink, but with room temperature water, I can down it like nothing. Anyone have any thoughts on this matter ? What works best for you ?

I just loved the "I LOVE WATER" logo at the top of this article! I printed it up and I am going to make a magnet out of it for the front of my fridge. I buy a beg of key limes and when I'm thirst I cut one into wedges, squeeze and leave them in the bottom of the glass, and pile on the ice. YUM! I keep one like this by my bedside at night, too. Here is a hint for when your out and others are ordering fancy drinks. Order your water and extra lemon, then squeeze about 3 or 4 wedges in the glass and add your favorite sugar substitute. TA-DA! Homemade lemon aid without the guilt!

I'm a huge water drinker. But, I just recently started drinking a gallon of water a day.
