Heavy for me at age 76 may not be the same as heavy for you younger people but I'm loving it.

Thanks for the lifting workouts. I like the way I can get a complete workout in 30 minuntes. It is great to lift heavy using several muscle groups. Great muscle definition with a nice lean look. Love it.

my weights are not very heavy we get the results wanted

This is not very motivating. Some of us have to start with 2-10 lb. weights. So 'heavy' is relative. More power to those of you it does motivate.
