I'm just a beginner but I'm loving it. This 76 yr. old body is doing things I never thought it could do. It help my Arthritis too.

I just discovered yoga a while ago and I love it. My Arthritis loves it too. Being 76 I thought there was no way I could do this but I surprised myself and I can hardly wait for the next class to begin. Give it a try people.

I just got into yoga and I'm loving it. I'm 76 yrs. old and yoga has really helped keep me limber and the plus is that it's helped my Arthritis.

I am just getting started with Yoga but I love it already!!!! It is truly amazing the way that it makes my body and my mind feel!!! Sometimes when I have a headache I'll pop in a yoga video and do 10-20 minutes and after I'm done my gelada he us gone completely. If I am stressed or in a bad mood it totally calms me. You don't have to be flexible to practice either! There are sooooo many good DVDs out there to start with. I have about 25 now in my library of fitness Dvds! There r even Dvds that u can do from a chair if u r unable to get up and down from the floor. There r free videos u can do here on Spark and many on YouTube. In YouTube just type in Beginner or Beginner Seated Yoga. U have to give it a try, it's simply life changing if u practice on a regular basis. It's called "practice because u get better and better at it the more u do it!!!

I love it!
Yoga has become a vital part of my life, providing fitness and well being support. (I really notice the difference when I skip out for too many days in a row.) It is so easy to do in the comfort of my own home. If I don't get to it during the day, I can still do some relaxing poses in my pjs before going to bed.
