Definitely the way I have to work it. I have a small amount of reading and meditation in the morning, then it's on with the clothes and out walking before my mind has time to find excuses.

This works for me. I'm up at 4:00am so I'm sure my brain isn't awake yet.
I'm finished with my workout before my brain even knew what happened.
