I agree with this statement; however, I am finding it a daily and sometime hourly challenge to keep my mind changed, especially when there is a tempting food within arms reach. Keeping my mind "changed" is harder than getting through a difficult workout program. I keep trying.

Very true! Your body will not do what the mind doesn't tell it to do. Just take it one step at a time (one foot in front of the other) and believe in yourself. You can do whatever it is you want, but you have to believe in yourself first.

By changing my mind set I have kept my weight off for 3 years and then have started losing a little bit more to keep from getting diabetes. I have 1 more pound to go to be at 139. I have good healthy habits now and I really enjoy my times at the gym. I am 70 years old.
