I definitely agree with this quote. For the past two weeks I've been juicing. NO! I haven't done any type of fasting or juicing diet. Instead what I've been doing is replacing 1 to 2 meals with some healthy juice. I've been doing breakfast and lunch for the most part just because dinner is when I sit at my family table with my family and enjoy dinner. Therefore juicing for dinner would be very difficult for me. But as I was saying I started juicing and I've notice that I do feel much different. I feel healthy (it may be a temporary feeling or maybe not) although I haven't been doing this for long; I definitely do see & feel the difference.
