This is so true! We can do so much more than we think if we believe in our abilities.

Don Ward for Spark People you hit the nail on the head with this one. It makes you take a look at yourself and think about turning all of my negatives into one big positive. Thanks.

It is a great motivational quote - as long as you do so wisely and don't exceed your known limitations. For those of us (I'm 60, but it applies to any age) who are trying to reach and push beyond our existing limits, it is so easy to end up with injury which results in discouragement and setbacks.

Slow and steady wins the prize . . . it doesn't have to be a marathon and there is no finish line . . . just don't quit, and never give up!

Really?! I am glad that is actually some what possitive after reading the whole thing! I read the first part of it and was like WOW! I guess since I have a Transformational Approach to Holistic Care for myself and Clients this was just still too mushy and yet negative for me. I really like to state thins in a much more possitive way, I feel it sticks in the brain better and longer. But that is my Markki Ramble for the day...LOL!
