It doesn't seem you are here anymore. That is disappointing. I always enjoyed the pictures you presented from your walking adventures. I just got back 17 days ago when my computer was repaired. Had a nice 1 hr. walk with my daughter-in-law instead of working out at the fitness center. It was a great way to end my day.

My small step is paring further away in parking lots and trying to do some stair climbing at work, making my building a walk lap source for activity.

Force myself on to my recumbent bike everyday. Do not like it but physically unable to go for a walk which I would love to do.

Today my goal is to feel more inspired. I'll commit to ten minutes of exercise that I would not normally do to reach that.
