Did you ever sneak a peak at your neighbor’s answers during a test when you were in school? Or taken the easy way out at work, only to have your boss still like the work produced? While many of us once in a while felt compelled to take the easy way out of a difficult situation, like a test or work project, it likely resulted in us regretting it later. The reason for this is because we did not earn what we did or because we took a short cut to get a desired result. Compare this feeling to when you put in that extra effort to finish off a job or make it that much better and it’s a world of a difference. There might not be a better feeling than finishing off a great project that you put in a lot of time and effort into. So if it’s something you really want to accomplish, take the time to do everything right and on your own, it will be worth it in the end.
