Earn SparkTrophies for Reaching Your Goals

SparkTrophies are motivational tools designed to reward you for activities you perform at SparkPeople.com, from earning SparkPoints to losing weight. The trophies will be displayed on your SparkPage in two places:
  1. On the main page of your SparkPage, your five most recent trophies will scroll through under the "Awards" section on the left side of the page (below your photos).
  2. Under the "Awards" tab at the top of the page, you'll find all of your trophies to date.
Here is a list of just some of the trophies you can receive:
  • Spread the Spark* Awarded for referring at least 5 people to SparkPeople in a month (only given once a month).
  • Fitness minutes* Awarded for logging 250 to 2500 fitness minutes in a month.
  • SparkPoints* A special trophy awarded for earning at least 500 SparkPoints in a month (only given once a month). Please note that you will continue to earn SparkPoints trophies for your total accumulation of SparkPoints over time, as seen here.
  • SparkPeople Trivia leader Awarded for answering at least 30 trivia questions and getting at least 90% correct.
  • Consistency Awarded for spinning the SparkPoints wheel during the month. There are two levels for this award: one for spinning at least 20 times/month and another for spinning every day of the month.
  • Weight loss Select your own trophy based on your weight loss progress. To select your own weight-loss trophy, log-in and go to your SparkPage. Click the "Awards" tab at the top. There, you can select your weight loss trophy each time you reach a new milestone.

Each time you get a new SparkTrophy, you'll receive an email from SparkPeople letting you know of your accomplishment. (Edit your email preferences for SparkTrophies here.)
