Here are a few ways YOU can become a success story too!
  • Document your journey on your SparkPage. Document what's been working for you, share before, during and after photos to motivate yourself and others, and discuss your ups and downs in your SparkPage blog.
  • Follow the footsteps of the SparkPeople's Motivational Members. Read their blogs and comment or ask questions on their SparkPages.
  • Join or start a SparkTeam. Whether your Team members have common weight loss goals, interests or life experiences, the important thing is that you’re all in this journey together.
  • Join the Community Team. After you've been active on the site for at least three months, you can join this special group of members who are dedicated to helping others and setting a positive example in the SparkPeople Community.
  • Join the Spread the Spark PR Team. You’ll find out how you can Spread the Spark through your local media. Who knows, you just might be the next national success story!

I have been a "success" at least seven times in my life, but gained the weight back! That is the more common "reality", but these "success" stories don't show how the people do as time goes by....... please get real..... Report
I SENT SPARKPEOPLE A MAGAZINE BALANCED LIVING WHERE I WAS THE COVER STORY AND THEN NEVER POSTED IT. I AM 73 1/2 YRS. OLD LOST 60 LBS. AND 25 IN. W/ 2 HEART ATTACKS. NOW IF THAT ISN'T A STORY OR ARTICLE TO READ YOU TEL;L ME. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SPARKPEOPLE, BURT I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE. THIS IS MY SUCCESS STORY. Report
I have lost more than 100 pounds and I credit SparkPeople with a good share of that success. It is such a new and strange feeling to be the one people come to for fitness advice. Thank you SparkPeople ! Report
Add me to that List: I was featured on the Rachel Ray Episode "Weight Loss Wonders" although I was NOT Allowed to mention Spark People, the name of my Gym (Curves) or even Wal-Mart which is where I did some of my Walking:-(
I have also been featured on a Local TV Show "All About You" and the local Newspaper has done several Articles that included my Story. Report
