Spark Activity Tracker 30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy Our thirty (30) day money-back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you buy your Spark directly from SparkPeople and want to return it for any reason, we will happily provide you with a refund. Our Return Policy If you buy your Spark directly from SparkPeople and you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, your Spark may be returned or exchanged within thirty days from when it was ordered by following the steps listed under the heading “Return Instructions,” subject to the “Exceptions and Notes” described below. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees. Return Instructions Our hassle-free return process has just 3 simple steps: (1) Within thirty (30) days of your purchase date, go to your Order Status page to obtain and print our Order Refund Form. You can reach this page by logging into SparkPeople, clicking your Account Preferences page, and clicking the Order Status page. You can also click this link to reach your Order Status page. (2) Mail the Product, all Product documentation and accessories, and your original invoice from SparkPeople with the Order Return Form, to the address on the Order Return Form. We recommend that you fully insure and securely package the Product in its original packing and collateral materials, as we are not responsible for Products that are lost, stolen or damaged while being shipped back to us. (3) Once received, your return must be inspected by our quality assurance team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once the inspection is complete, we will process your return within 2 weeks. Please allow another 7-10 days after processing for your bank to post a credit against your account. Damaged Items If a Product delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or email us immediately at thesparksupport@sparkpeople.com. We ask that you please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by us. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 7 days of receiving your Product. Exceptions and Notes This return policy does not apply to Products: (i) ordered by you more than thirty (30) days before we receive your return; (ii) that show signs of wear or have been altered or damaged, unless you follow the instructions above under the heading “Damaged Items”; (iii) shipped without an Order Return Form, sent C.O.D. or improperly insured; (iv) shipped without including the Product and all original accessories; or (v) not sold directly to you by SparkPeople. Shipping charges, including any special handling and any other related costs, and certain taxes are non-refundable. We will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred, and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. Crediting Your Account Credit card purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase.
