  • I haven't exercised in a few weeks, and this was the perfect thing to start with! It was relaxing and not too strenuous, but I can still feel the burn! - 5/19/2013 11:26:38 PM
  • I love this routine, though it'd be nice if I didn't have to keep restarting it. Lately the videos seem to keep stopping only a few minutes in, then I have to refresh, sit through another ad, just so I can fast forward to the part where I left off. It's annoying. - 5/14/2013 2:28:30 AM
  • Oh my goodness! On my favorite list to be used after a hard day. How refreshing. - 5/11/2013 8:55:37 PM

  • I had a few minutes that I didn't know what to do with, and thought I'd check out what Spark People had to offer today. What a treat! I feel so peaceful and relaxed! A great state of mind (and body) for a piano teacher to be in. Thank you! - 5/10/2013 4:31:35 PM
  • This was really amazing! I didn't think I'd like it, but I was so wrong. I have a hard time with some of the moves yoga has due to MS & limited leg mobility. I'm so buying this whole DVD! Thanks for sharing! - 4/25/2013 12:22:59 PM

  • I love this video. When I did a pain management class with the physiotherapist she recommended this type of routine and attend a class. The Y didn't have any instructors and the cost of private classed were beyond what my pocket book could afford. I have been struggling with exercises I could do without causing pain to my neck and knees which is quite difficult because too much pressure on either part will shut me down for long periods of time. When I came across this I thought finally I get to see exactly how it's done. It was amazing. I did get a little out of sync because I stopped to watch a couple of poses and forgot to go back to the original pose. I am absolutely thrilled that I finally found this it gives me hope and allows me to do something without making myself worse. I'm trying to do a modified version of Zumba which I loved doing but had to stop because my neck started bothering me. I've had some procedures done on it so I love the routine but definetly can't do it like before. This is such an amazing alternative to hurting myself. It makes more sense and is so relaxing. Thanks Spark team I now have hope that at least for now I have this routine and as my body heals and now making healthy food choices I'm more confident that I'll be seeing better results. - 4/12/2013 1:28:03 AM
  • I enjoyed this video a lot more than I expected to. I'm feeling really energized. Maybe next time I'll try this video in the morning instead of at night. =P - 4/10/2013 9:14:02 PM
