Did you know that we've created special (and still FREE) versions of some of our key features for you to use on your Internet-connected mobile phone? Now you can track your progress and stick with your goals, even when you can't get to your computer!

If you have a phone with a web browser you can use our "Mobile Web" version of the site. Simply go to mobile.sparkpeople.com on your phone. We've optimized our key features so you can use them on a small phone browser. You can track your food, calories and cardio workouts, and you can also look up foods (including browsing by restaurant name) and recipes!

In addition to the mobile version of the site that can work on any Internet-connected mobile phone, we have SparkPeople and SparkRecipes applications for iPhone/iPod touch, Google Android, and Blackberry, as well as for the iPad.
