    I'm another one who would love a workout that's low impact - as in no lunges or squats for my knees with osteoarthritis. Or at least show some modified moves in lieu of squats and lunges. There are a lot of them in the 28 day workout. Other than that it's a fine video, but I'm disappointed I can't make more use of it. - 5/21/2012 12:20:32 AM

    I am unable to stand more than a minute, cannot do any standing exercise due to shot knees. I am working on that but need exercises that I can do. I am also working on losing weight at same time. any help appreicated. thanks - 2/13/2012 4:39:31 PM

  • I bought the DVD and have been using it daily ... I have looked, but don't see anywhere on this site where I can log my minutes for it ... if they are selling an exercise DVD, they should include it in the fitness tracker!! am I just missing it? - 3/28/2011 12:36:38 PM
