To capitalize on the growth opportunity of our consumer and population health management business, SparkPeople is currently seeking an experienced B2B marketer to help support our sales team and aggressive revenue growth goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience writing and creating presentations in Powerpoint for client and partner meetings, developing B2B marketing materials and brand positioning through all marketing channels, including copywriting and graphic design. A deep understanding of digital brand experiences, digital engagement, software and enterprise licensing for B2B clients is beneficial, and experience in population health management is a plus. Some of our current and past partners include Atkins Nutritionals, General Mills, IBM, the NFL's Buffalo Bills and Denver Broncos, Rodale/NBC's "The Biggest Loser" and corporate benefits broker networks such as WebTPA. Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-channel marketing approaches for prospective B2B partners including corporate wellness/population health management target companies, consumer brands and enterprise customers
- Identify business trends, marketing strategies and potential new target partners based on strategic fit
- Work with leadership team and top executives, including successful entrepreneurs
- Help the sales team prepare for meetings by creating presentations, pulling together research and developing a strategic approach
- Create onboarding materials for new corporate clients to use for program participants
- Drive brand and enterprise marketing strategy with direction from the leadership team and manage all the deliverables including webinars, presentations, marketing videos, website copy/design and case studies to support the sales process
- Refine product positioning and messaging to reflect SparkPeople's value proposition through marketing and digital sales collateral
- Build brand awareness with the sales team through conferences, events and other marketing channels
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Tech/Dev, Product Development, Editorial) and external parties to develop compelling proposals that drive revenue
- Identify new product opportunities that are solutions to clients/prospects and work with the SparkPeople team to bring to market
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing to generate revenue growth, brand awareness and targeting new partners. Consumer-focused software and population health management experience is a plus.
- Self-starter comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation, graphic and copywriting skills to support sales proposals
- Creative and resourceful; able to come up with out-of-the-box ideas and bring them to life in presentations
- Detail-oriented and execution-oriented with strong project management skills
- Team player who can effectively partner with field sales and other key stakeholders
- Passionate about digital health and/or changing the status quo of healthcare
- Previous startup experience is a plus
