Entry Period: The SparkPeople Giveaway Delicious Daily Moments (the "Sweepstakes") is open between [9:00] a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on July 10, 2017 and [11:59] p.m. PT on September 10, 2017 (the "Entry Period"). Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
How to Enter: Visit the SparkPeople community feed at https://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/community-goal-feed.asp and follow the instructions specified by SparkPeople, Inc. ("SparkPeople") to post a comment or photo of yourself to the Community Goal Feed and include the hashtag #deliciousdailymoment to receive one (1) entry. Please Note: The content of your comment or photo will not be judged and therefore will not increase or decrease your chances of winning. Void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Limit one (1) entry per person per day throughout the Entry Period. You may only use one (1) email account to enter the Sweepstakes. Entry requests generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means are void. Two (2) prize recipients will be selected in a random drawing occurring on or about September 15th, 2017, from among all eligible entries received throughout the Entry Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes (2): Each winner will receive $250 awarded in the form of a check and a six (6) month supply of So Delicious Dairy Free products, awarded in the form of twenty-six (26) So Delicious Dairy Free VIP Coupons. Each VIP coupon may be redeemed for one (1) package of any So Delicious product up to $7.50 in value. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize package: $445.00. Prize recipients are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any. Potential prize recipients will receive an email or message from SparkPeople requesting they provide their mailing address for prize fulfillment. Prizes will be mailed within [6] to [8] weeks from date of mailing address receipt.
Comment Conditions: Comments may be removed from the SparkPeople Community Goal Feed page and the corresponding entry may be deemed void if SparkPeople determines, in its sole discretion, that a comment (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive; (ii) promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; (iii) is obscene or offensive; (iv) contains defamatory or disparaging remarks about other people or companies; (v) contains personal identification, such as personal names or street addresses; (vi) references a minor that is not a child or legal ward of the entrant or contains materials owned or controlled by others, without permission; (vii) communicates messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which SparkPeople wishes to associate; or (viii) violates any law.
