Eating (or Drinking) Your Feelings



When I have the urge to eat my feelings, or drink them away because they make me uncomfortable, I go do an extra mini-workout first. Then if I still want those fries or that margarita, I have it - but I usually don't want it any more.
Extra exercise and fewer empty calories! Win - win.
