Food Tracking



I write every single thing I'll be eating for the day in the morning. If I deviate from that, I have to go back and revise my Food Tracker.

More Information:

This really helps me when I'm at work. I don't like to snack on thing that I either don't know the calorie count for, or the mindless snacking that I might do. Mostly because I hate to go back and add/subtract things from the tracker.
