  • What a great idea! I think it would even be easy to slip off a shirt, slip on a sports bra, and slip the shirt back on again! I am going to try this in August when I begin transferring my gym time to the AM! Thanks so much! - by CHARYSEEBOO
  • i think this is a great tip and i would LOVE to do this, but i have 2 cats, and man let me tell you the hours it would take to brush all that cathair off lol. i could see myself actually being 'dissuaded' by thinking i dont wanna bother getting out the lint brush ;) otherwise though i think this would be a fabulous idea! - by TYGRLILY
  • I do that too - it definitely works for me! I feel guilty if I have to take off my workout clothes to shower without being sweaty.

  • Interesting - never thought of it. My clothes are not cotton and would not breathe well. Great concept though. - by ECASPERS
  • I've been sleeping in workout clothes for awhile. I just didn't always work out when I got up. I'm trying to get in the habit and have been moderately successful for the last two months. Everyone has gotten me motivated now! - by PATTYKLAVER

  • the problem is they are not cotton clothes, usually "plasticy" with lycra or spandex, I cannot sleep with this clothes on without having the mental breading problem, don't know why... - by EVEINCOLORS
