Ways To Get In Your 8 Cups Of Water Daily



I make it a daily routine to drink one cup of water before and one cup after each meal(including snacks). Most days I have 3 main meals and 2 snacks therefore I have no problem getting in 8 cups of water per day. I average 10 to 12 cups per day.
