The Most Important Meal Of The Day



For me a good breakfast begins with whole grains, whether it's WW toast, a bowl of oatmeal or a serving of quinoa with cinnamon and a little brown sugar. Then I add a fruit-I did believe that jelly qualified, but it does not. Try 1/2 grapefruit or 100% juice. Lastly, a glass of milk for protein.
