Secrets of Success

Water Consumption

When obtaining Spark Points, I automatically select the 'drink eight glasses of water' before actually doing so; not just to get the Spark Points but to make sure I drink the eight glasses of water daily. Making sure I get in my 8 glasses H20 helps me eat less.

I have a 70 oz. water bottle I bought at the Dollar Tree. I love it! I fill that up in the morning and drink it whenever I can. I keep it right by me, that way when I drank that I know I've drank 70 full ounces, sometimes I'll have something else besides that like light lemonade! - by MISTYSMOM06

  • I do this too. I log 8 glasses of water in the morning and then carry my water bottle around all day and drink several cups of green or herbal tea during the day plus water with meals. I know I am getting at least 8 cups of water, probably more. - by BAREADER
