Install A Clothesline

Save money on drying towels, bedding, throw rugs etc. Do it for free!

More Information:

I save my heavy laundry for warm, sunny days. Wash, hang outside in the early morning and take down from the line in mid afternoon. I do not do clothing this way since light wears out thin fabrics sooner, but towels, sheets, blankets dry well outside.

  • I have several drying racks that I put out on my deck for drying clothes. Here in the south, our days can get quite warm and sometimes my clothes dry faster outside than in the dryer. - by HIKERJOHNSON
  • As soon as the snow is gone and it is not raining, I am hanging all of my clothes outside on the line. Nothing like the smell of freshly washed and outside dried sheets on your bed! - by AMLEHNKURT
